Thanks to its creaminess, it's highly prized as a pizza topping, but is just as good served on its own!

Pre-order only. HIghly recommended to eat within 24 if you want to eat with fresh tomato ( the italian style).

Slow Cultured mozzarella is a sliceable curd cheese that originated in Italy. It is milky, tender, and mild, with a faint layer of cream beneath the skin that gushes a little when you slice it. Cultured Mozzarella is delicious just as it is, or with a bit of salt and pepper, basil or fresh marjoram or oregano, and topped off with a good extra virgin olive oil. Insalata caprese is one of the most beloved ways of eating fresh mozzarella in Italy: that is, served with sliced fresh tomatoes and fresh basil.
