Herbed Halloumi is our signature cheese where the halloumi is air-dried and seasoned with himalayan salt & mix herbs. Just pan fry it with little oil, 2-3min on each side on low heat until golden brown.
Halloumi is a fabulous semi-firm cheese from Cyprus and a favorite in Greek cooking. It has a high melting point and so can easily be fried or BBQ grilled. This property makes it a popular meat substitute. Celebrate the squeaky Cypriot cheese and use it in salads, on the barbecue, or turned into chips.
