This vegan aged blue cheese is made with one 5 ingredients: cashews, natural rejuvelac , natural blue mold culture, tofu and salt. This natural cultured cashew cheese is patiently aged for 1 month and best to consume within 1-1.5 months. The texture is just perfect, it's creamy so you can spread it easily on a slice of bread, but firm enough to cut it into slices. It has that rich and strong aroma. The rind of the cheese is blue and it is edible.
