Kulim is known by a variety of names such as Bawang Hutan or Jungle Garlic, Sagan Berauh, or its scientific name, Scorodocarpus borneensis Becc. 
It is a rare fruit that grows natively in Malaysia and other parts of Southeast Asia.Most commonly used by local ethnic groups in Malaysia as an ingredient in their food. Kulim has a pungent aroma and flavour that carries notes of garlic and truffle, as well as an earthy note like shiitake mushrooms.

Drizzle kulim oil in our Burrata, served in a caprese salad for the best fresh cheese experience.. Or combine Kulim oil with our Gouda or Hispanico.
