***stay out of fridge & eat on the same night you receive it while it is freshest***
***if not, please put into chiller & eat within 3 days***
***warm it up by soaking it 2-3min in a bowl of hot water from the dispenser until it is softened***

Fresh Mozzarella Nodini is a mild-flavored mozzarella style cheese specially made to order in Miami, Florida. "Nodini" refers to its unique knot-like shape, and each of these handshaped knots is pleasantly supple in texture, offering mild, milky flavor.

Similar to bocconcini, but a unique knot shape, gives a nicer texture and ability to expose more surface with about the same volume.

With a unique knot shape, Nodini mozzarella is ideal for snacks, cocktails, finger food recipes, parties, and so on. It exposes a bigger surface at the about the same volume, giving to olive oil or other dressings the ability to gently and voluptuously wrap it completely.
