Our smoked Halloumi is a semi-hard, brined cheese made from cow's milk and is suitable for vegetarians. In texture, it is similar to a firm mozzarella, making it ideal for cooking. We lightly smoke the Halloumi over maple wood, giving it a delicious subtly smokey, salty rich flavour.
Serving suggestion - best served warm: dry-fry , griddle, grill or BBQ until wonderfully golden, then serve in salads, with pasta dishes (pesto or tomato), roast veg (particularly root veg) or on a mediterranean platter with hummus, peppers and olives.
